I was born and raised on the prairies, but I became who I am by the ocean and mountains. I hold a BA(hons) degree from the University of Manitoba, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. I have published research on attachment styles in romantic relationships, as well as restorative justice. I have worked in many settings - youth and adult forensics, hospitals, community mental health facilities, battered women's organizations, and private practice. I am a Registered Psychologist (#04046) in the province of BC. I feel grateful every day to have the career that I dreamed of as a child. In our virtual sessions you may get the opportunity to meet my therapeutic "assistants" - a fluffy black cat named Zimbardo and a silly devon rex cat named Dexter.
